Tang Pie

2 Graham Cracker Pie Crusts
1/2 cup Tang Powder
1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
16 oz. Sour Cream
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 Large Can Mandarin Oranges

Mix tang powder and sweetened condensed milk.  Mix sour cream and cool whip and add to the mixture.  Pour in crust and add mandarin oranges on top and refrigerate.
