4 or more medium potatoes, washed not peeled, cut in fourths
1 stick butter
1 Pkg. Zesty Italian Dressing Mix
Melt butter in dish, stir potatoes in butter.
Sprinkle dressing over potatoes - cover and bake at 325 degrees for about 45 minutes.
