Pink Easter Salad

1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 - 8 oz. crushed pineapple, drained well
1 can cherry pie filling
1 large carton Cool Whip
1 cup chopped pecans
1 - 11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained well
1 cup minature marshmallows (optional)

Beat condensed milk with lemon juice until thick.  Add remaining ingredients, mixing well.   Chill before serving several hours or overnight.
