Mom's Peach Cobbler

1 Stick Butter
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Self-rising Flour
3/4 Cup Milk
1 can Sliced Peaches

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.  
Mix sugar and flour together.  Melt the butter into 8 x 8 pan.   Add the sliced peaches.
Bake 40 minutes or until top is golden brown.
