Chocolate Cake

Make cake according to package directions on chocolate cake mix.

Icing:

6 tablelspoons butter, softened
Cocoa powder - 2/3 cups
2 - 2/3 cups powdered sugar
1/3 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla

Mix and spread on cake.
