Cheesy Potato Soup

8 baking potatoes cut into chunks, boiled until fork tender (about 30 minutes)
1 onion
5 chicken bouillion cubes
1/2 stick butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of onion soup
1 large can pet milk
1 lb. velvetta

Chop onion up fine.    Put in bowl with the 1/2 stick of butter and bouillion cubes.   Cook in mircrowave for about 4 1/2 minutes.   While the potatoes are boiling, mix together the onion mixture, soups, pet milk, and Velvetta cheese (cut into small chunks).  Microwave all of this for about 12 minutes, stopping every 4 minutes to stir.   When the potatoes are fork-tender, drain them and reture them to large pot.   Pour the cheesy soup mixture over the potatoes.   Let simmer together for about 15 to 20 minutes, then serve with breadstick or crackers.  I make my own breadsticks as follows:
8 to 10 slices regular white bread
butter flavored non stick cooking spray
Paula Deen's "silly salt" or lemon pepper seasoning
Slice bread each slice of bread 3 times (so you have 4 breadsticks per slice).   Lay out on a foil-covered baking sheet.   Cover with butter flavored cooking spray, then sprinkle with "silly salt" or lemon pepper seasoning.
